The Lion King movie, a popular childhood Disney animation that came to light in 1994 that portrays the adventures of the young lion Simba. Simba's wicked uncle, Scar plans to take Mufasa's throne by luring him into a stampede of wildebeests. Simba escapes, and only Mufasa is killed. Simba returns as an adult to take back his homeland from Scar with the help of his friends Timon and Pumbaa. 25 years later Disney created a live-action remake of the classic film in 2019. Throughout the years and technological advancements, movie producers aimed to make movies as realistic as possible. They eventually succeeded with the creation of live-action movies such as The Lion King and the Jungle Book. Unfortunately, some were not too happy about the film due to the fact that it looked too realistic with the numerous amounts of CGI animations and it took away from the emotional aspect of what once was a childhood movie. I think the recent lion king film was a hit or miss depending on the audience's preference. However, I think the movie did meet its goal in the sense of attempting to make the wildlife look like actual wildlife.

Godzilla VS Kong is a remix of two popular classic action films that portray the journey of Kong and his protectors on their way to finding their true home. However, they soon find themselves in the path of an enraged Godzilla as he unleashes his destruction across the globe. The initial confrontation between the two monsters instigated by unseen forces is only the beginning of the mystery that lies deep within the core of the planet. The original films were King Kong (2005) and Godzilla (2014). The intentions of the producer were to combine the two storylines and create an action film of two giant monsters who at first seemed to fight as enemies but ended up working together to destroy the man-made robot that soon became the real threat to the world. The directors of Godzilla VS Kong used puppets, stop-motion, and actors wearing monster costumes were used to bring the behemoths to life instead of CGI. The content relates to its original form because the original movies built the foundation of the characters, this transferred over to the new film Godzilla VS Kong.

Artifact #3: Little kid in sparring gear imitating McGregor

Connor McGregor is an Irish UFC fighter with many known features, one being his signature walk when his name is announced before a fight (GIF on the top). The GIF on the bottom which was originally an Instagram post, shows a little kid in sparring gear imitating McGregor's signature walk. Connor saw the post and also reposted the video admiring his imitation. The GIF on the bottom relates to the original form because the kid did the same walk and arm swing for the same purpose and intentions of showing off before his sparring match.
