The creator was most likely attempting to cover the never ending rise in gas prices. This artifact is also a short clip in GIF format. This text works well in our current society where gas prices are reaching a record high.
Star Trek Fun
The following is a GIF made from the show Star Trek Voyager showing Seven of Nine with caption "Fun will now commence". The GIF is intended for situation where there is a need to be serious and funny at the same time. It was most likely created to show a tech based society can initiate fun. This works well in todays society where there is constant discussion in theoretical science regarding transhumanism or a merger of man and machine.
