The goal was to spread hope to Africans that they can achieve anything because there is a African American president.
The tools used to create the mural were spray paint.
At the time of its creation, many Africans and African Americans were in consensus that there was a posibility that there could be a black POTUS. It shows that the sky is the limit and there are no restrictions to what we can become. The word "Hope" explains the significance of the first black POTUS means. There was a time that reaching such heights was thought of as impossible. It is a great step in the journey to achieve true equality.

Tool used to teach Sumerian and Akkadian language to scribes. Used during the Old Babylonian Period. The tablet was made from clay and utilize Cuneiform symbols which represented multiple words and sounds. Scribes had to be adept in the understanding of Cuneiform due to the complexity of symbols. The tablet was most likely used as a practice tool to assist in the understanding of the vernacular.

Photograph of ancient graffiti inside pryamid Ku. 1. It is unkown when or whom created the image, but it is believed to be craved by medieval Christian pilgrims. The image is a boat, maybe the vessel that they arrived in seeking refuge. It could be a sign to other Christians of their arrival or discovery of pyramid Ku. 1. While it's true intent may not be known, one could assume that this graffiti served a purpose other than mindless scribble.
